Day 60, Monday

Awareness

 I have found,
 with writing over a series of days,
 I've become more aware.

Not a new finding.

Journalling has existed
in my world
for over a decade.

Since my first diary,
 more awareness was an option.

I have a collection of diaries/journal's,
full of my thoughts.

Reading back through,
it looks like
not much is changed.

Maybe it's come full circle.

I have been the same person.

The passing of years
does not change
that I am who I am.

I've never been more
or less
than me.

Are you content,  to just "be"?
